about Dr. Lovins
Dr Rachel Lovins is dedicated to providing non-judgmental, compassionate, whole-person care, and the relief of suffering for all beings. She finds fulfillment in helping clients find joy and to live their most meaningful lives at any stage. She feels profound gratitude that her lifetime of experience and learning have led to the privilege of receiving her clients’ trust in her current work.
Dr. Lovins is a board-certified internist and palliative care specialist with over 25 years of physician experience. She completed her residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, fellowship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and has a certificate in palliative care studies at Harvard University. As a Certified Physician Executive she brings years of mature leadership experience and systems knowledge to her practice.
Her extensive training encompasses medical ethics and ketamine-assisted treatment. Her experience as a personal coach and death doula allows her to safely hold space for clients to explore emotional and spiritual concerns.
Dr. Lovins draws nourishment from connection to nature, humans, and animals, and resides in southern Vermont with her husband, two dogs, and a cat.
